If you are close to livestock, forage is a good option.
Otherwise if it was our field we'd do non-gmo beans, wheat, to corn. Maaaybe non-gmo beans with a rye cover crop or spring oat cover crop, back to beans then either corn or wheat.
Just depends on the local market, equipment, budget, and goals.
