swMN | Clearances are pretty much zero, no wood is touching the metal, dang close though, the size of the door is pretty much the burn zone, the rest is made to save heat. I had insurance agent here a couple weeks ago to go over some policies, I asked her about it before I started, the stove is UL listed and a licensed installer from the company is helping me. Sunday when it was burning you could touch everything except the door.
