I was asked to install a shell catcher on my semi-auto when I shot.  Since I was a fill in guy, I did not want to invest in another gun at the time I complied and quickly realized it was far more convient than picking up my shells afterward; there was a couple times I would have looked at getting an overunder, but could not justify it for how little I was shooting.  If I were to shoot today, I would use my SXP or get an overunder.
