I know the purposes of trusts. But I wish it was like times ago. Older generation just sells to younger generation while elderly are still alive.

It goes to who you want to at a price you want, because you'll still in control.

Trying to save tax money ( and it's substantial) but things don't always get carried out the way you wanted once you're gone.
