Coup what are the chances only one or two buyers purchase it all? I have friends down that way, seems like you have 2-3 big players down there.
Pretty big chunk to chew on for anybody in that area. Emearld Valley Farms owns a big chunk of ground in the ILL river bottoms, don't know if they could swing the deal or not.
