SE Iowa, Henry County		Thanks for the responses. I was not asked to step down as tennant. maybe i beat that one
to the punch by saying im retiring. brother lives in AZ so 2 hours behind me.

Today:
1) talk to the Trust company, brother, future tennants, tile people, county
2) determine if im atleast a beneficiary if not a trustee
3) learn why im not a trustee and if i can be added (wording)
4) who knows what else i learn
5) if not trustee, send bills to brother unless i stop all projects
