Even on forums, coffee shops, the talk is always corn/soybean/wheat even though ones in the area growing veggies, contract crops or livestock may generate 10x more revenue and jobs
Unless its greenhouse production (which has its own bug issues) a lot of risk in tender fruit/veggie production from weather alone and then fluctuating markets | |
