I am getting some 3% money from the FSA office to help me buy a farm. You might look into that.
Its already in the works to have on hand incase its go time on the right piece of ground. Haven't ever got a land loan but used the 10 operating, livstock and equipment loans ones allowed. Wouldn't be able to do what i can so far if the one loan officer believed in me. |
