Thats what I'm getting at. Most business's don't buy more property/stores, etc if it doesn't cash flow on its own. A restaurant owner wouldn't take the profits from one location to buy another restaurant that won't cash flow on its own. Might do it to get it started, but long term doesn't work.
Next generation farmers? How is it possible?
