Central ND | Sentencing will be determined by the court.........that's a pretty broad statement, my guess is by pleading guilty he gets nowhere near the maximum. 'Maximum statutory sentencing provided for informational purposes'
To clarify, I am not defending him at all, just saying the headlines are likely more dramatic than what the result will be
