Central ND | Same way people bamboozle the bank, to a certain extent they don't have any more to go on than the numbers you put on the paper.....
And, do you want to place bets on whether he actually gets 30 years? As far as I can find he hasn't been sentenced? My bet is that with a guilty plea he will do nowhere near that......and I bet he doesn't pay $7mill back either. 'Restitution will be determined later according to his plea agreement', that leaves things pretty wide open
