Do you know how may lbs/day you feed? Wouldn't be hard to do the math and work from there on how much is in your bin.

It surprised me how many can't do that.

We can all do simple math. What we can't all know is how many lbs/day we feed without some kind of sensor.

Growing livestock eats more lbs of feed every day. Daily intake can fluctuate ~20% due to weather. Rations might change weekly (planned) in a grow cycle. Different rations may have different medication and require knocking the bin. Disease pressure comes and goes. Deliveries sometimes have to be planned based on expected road conditions.
