In the 1980's I rented some farm ground form a guy who was with John Deere Finical in Kansas City. One weekend he said he was in SE Nebraska to identify several John Deere items. A couple brothers were farming a few sections irrigated ground, and there was no evidence that any equipment, seed, fertilizer, etc was purchased legally. Some of the tractors had been stolen 500+ miles away.
Next generation farmers? How is it possible?
