SW WI		I thought you said once you weren’t ever going to sell, that it will just be passed on to kids.

So the valuation is immaterial, then. Means absolutely nothing.

Unless you’re going to cash in and give the kids whatever you don’t need for your later life.

Makes no difference to me but just pointing out something that is worth x….sometimes that only matters if your willing to part with it.
