I’d been broke buying $15000 land. Well maybe not the first quarter. 30 years hard labor for that purchase. so I been passing. Unless got the cash. Which if I had that much cash I’d be buying more cattle. Yes rents around here dropped about $50 an acre. Thank God. Crazy game this farming is.
Get the cattle paid for, sell and buy land. Barrow money for cattle, get the cattle paid for, sell and buy land.
That’s the plan around here. I would rather barrow for cattle than land. |
