I’d been broke buying $15000 land. Well maybe not the first quarter. 30 years hard labor for that purchase. so I been passing. Unless got the cash. Which if I had that much cash I’d be buying more cattle. Yes rents around here dropped about $50 an acre. Thank God. Crazy game this farming is.
