The land owners got the goods. What can I say. Some want top dollar for the goods others happy with less. But both got the leverage granted that’s a perk of being a land owner. Someone will pay it till they don’t. Wish I would of borrowed 50 million at 3% and bought every piece I could of last ten years. Not like it’s hard paying for $15000 land ****. Old money that was saved is the winner.
