We have Loggering tracks for our 873 Bobcat. They make a night and day difference in traction. They will chew up the ground if making tight turns. You have to learn to see saw back and forth making gradual turns to avoid that. They are a very rough ride on concrete. They are hard on the drive system. I broke a drive chain in the chain case due to a rock that got inside the tracks. We do use it like a bulldozer and the tires are foam filled which is a no, no with steel tracks. We take them off when not needed. I wouldn't want to be without them.
