I would scrape off the sauce on the meat to try and get rid of the sugar, throw away the potatoes and gravy as well as the corn (getting ready to turn to sugar in the stomach) and maybe in a weak moment might eat the fruit.

Looks like a blood sugar raising meal for me as a diabetic. Would require an insulin shot for me to keep blood sugar down and I have not had to do that for over 5 years now.

But that is just weird me. Most other people would just enjoy it.
