SW Minnesota | I am 68. I have a pedometer in my phone. I have the most problems with leg pain when I get over 10,000 steps. A magnesium supplement is a game changer. I also do the home made Keto aid thing too. The keto aid has A tablespoon of light salt ab a tablespoon of regular salt and a shot of vinegar in a half gallon of water. A cup of that a day helps but the Magnesium helps the most. Too much has laxative properties that you want to avoid. Don't be tempted to just sit all day. | |
