Where Mom 95 is in LTC now food/care is excellent Cost private room $2,900 cdn. (+- $2,000 usd. month) Sunparlor Home
Not for profit facility ,unionized help. Health care in US seems so expensive

The Mennonite Home has a great life plan ,you can move/buy a townhouse close buy , then an apartment as one gets less mobile and finally LTC.
Advantage with townhouse/apartments is you get priority to move into LTC
