Wear and tear is still assumed the same on a cost/ hd basis. .15/hd. Variable would be the class of cattle. 400#’s vs. 1400#’s is a big difference. We feed around 50% cows vs. calves so it evens out, but the costs should be figured against the pounds fed in thee expected lifetime. | |
