It’s only 160 acres, you make it sound like you are buying 1000. And if you sell the 70 it is only 90 more than now.

I grew up thinking a million bucks is unimaginable number. When I am looking at a million bucks of land, then over half a million for equipment for how I should farm, then labor costs. *if I can find decent workers*
I guess drive over with pickup. See if I can find spot to put up 35k bin, 5k bin, dryer of 500 BPH that sits empty every other year.. but I would not need two semi trucks. 1 would do. I could use redneck pit. But bigger grain cart/tractor still likely. If I find driver.
