northeastern Ohio		If your equipment/time is currently being underutilized, then it would work as a business decision. But because your current equipment/time is fully utilized, then it becomes an investment decision.

As an investment, does it have the potential to increase in value? Do you have the money to invest without affecting your cash flow? If yes to both these questions, then buy it.
