I have no idea what she "tried to do" but I do know what she did. She made school lunches un edible to the point most of it went in a garbage can. Then the kids are starving and eat anything that they can find when they get home. If mom isn't home to put something healthy in front of them it usually ends up being a bunch of junk that they eat.
