Ifs there’s enough demand….the marketplace should respond with $ to make that practice economical, let alone lucrative. “Heavy sigh”…………but we see the powers that be just like to mandate things rather than let our wheels of capitalism do the job. Yes……..I know the capitalism train left the station along time ago.
Concerning the CA mandates, I think part of it is that people think they won't have to pay the premium for producing a specialty product it if its mandated.
In reality, the mandate just raises the cost on everything because everything becomes the specialty product.
The other part is that people just don't know what they are voting for and are gullible for having their heart strings pulled on by a commercial on tv with sad looking animals, with some sad music and a commentator telling them how to "fix" the "problem".
