I don’t see the insurance aspect. I started with T yeiods and only reason to buy insurance is to build a yield so you have protection in droughts. 11bu wheat and 200 cotton yield is quite the barrier for a young farmer.
I debate every year if it’s even worth messing with. Premium is just another bill to pay.
