Some went off to fight or serve and never came back. Lucky for me my dad was released when grandpa got cancer . If he hadn’t came back not sure our farm would still been ther.
And this right here is the truth of where it started. Some went off to fight and even if they did come back they were behind. The ones who stayed, bought and rented farms getting a head start on the ones who sacrificed. There were so many sacrifices that even the ones who came back made no one recognizes.
And this is how some generational farms are so much further ahead than others |
