Nevada, Iowa | I haven't followed thru with much reading on the subject and I haven't planted any Monsanto corn since it's implemetation but this whole BYE concept has bothered me greatly. I would imagine there has been much discussion here so I would guess that my comments now will be repetition but.....
I seem to recall that crop insurance agents are prohibited to give any discount to customers yet growers of a certain product qualify for "discounts" when they meet certain parameters. That was the concept with BYE, wasn't it? Am I understanding this correctly? I know this is slightly off topic but hang in there with me on this. | |
