There’s a bar near here, the owner came from the Philippines and makes her own egg rolls. They’re pretty good but I don’t have a lot of experience with egg rolls to really have an opinion where they might rank.
She has had vision problems for some time, she’s nearly blind now but still makes and cooks her egg rolls.
