Take time to watch

I was diagnosed at age 6 with asthma. Was told then and ever after that is was "incurable". Got prescribed Advair and an inhaler. Joints started hurting all the time in high school. Terrible precordial catch syndrome. Juvenile idiopathic arthritis. Would likely have Rheumatoid arthritis AND COPD by my 50's. Was told there was nothing I could do by multiple doctors.

Last year I cleaned up my diet. I refuse to eat any ingredient that I can't make in my simple kitchen. Anything from seed oils to monosodium glutamate to baking soda (yes I could make baking soda, but because I know what it takes, I won't) and everything in between.

Since then, I am off all my prescriptions. I can breathe better than I ever remember. Turns out I'm a pretty good runner - I have never been able to run more than 100 yards before now.

All of my aches and pains are gone. No more PCS. Tinnitus gone. Hay fever nearly gone. Lost 15 pounds (6' 1" and 175 pounds now). Gained noticeable muscle mass (don't work out - just every day life). Sleep less, but sleep better and have more energy. Don't sunburn anymore. Receding gums growing back.

I can testify to the harmful effects of the "food" in the standard American diet and that simply going back to actual "food" can fix a myriad of health problems.

Only "problem" I have now is with the upcoming holidays. I will have people at thanksgiving and Christmas dinner telling me that I am killing myself and will die from an early heart attack because the only thing I will eat is the meat. Meanwhile they will heap their plates with stuffing, pie, cookies, etc and wonder why they are 250 pounds (under 6' tall) and have to take a whole regimen of prescriptions every day.
