West of me about 20 miles, where they're about 3 to 400 feet higher, and subsequently colder, it's about all falling as snow..........so they're getting quite a bit. So far we're staying just warm enough to keep ours as rain.
We can grow wheat crops on good winter snow.............and this is just as good. Just pretty rare.
