My wife is very sensative to it. I have to start out with a teaspoon but can get up to about a tablespoon a day before it starts giving me trouble.
Wife bought a small jar of coconut oil the other day and I saw it in the cuppbord where we are staying. So I have been putting a tablespoon in my coffee morning and night.
