Ft. Ripley MN | If what you’re currently feeding is keeping the cows in good condition then that’s more than good enough for the bulls.
Virgin bulls and heifers will get a few pounds of grain on top the tmr they get. After they calve/service the first season they get the same tmr ration the rest of the cow heard gets. They shouldn’t need extra treats to maintain condition
Not sure your location or what your winters are like but make sure the bulls get bedding and can’t freeze the import parts. | |
