BCBS, PPO plan, high deductible, with HSA. Fully fund you HSA every year, if you can afford to pay deductible, without pulling from HSA do it. Works similar to a Roth IRA at age 65, if used for 'right' expenses.
This. I currently have an hsa and wish I had started it years earlier. Would have saved me a lot of dollars in wasted premiums. Been happy with mine so far.
