I agree, need weights. I have a JD 5303 mfwa (similar to the OP's pictured). I have some wheel weights on the rears, but the most help is a weight rack on the 3 point, with 700 lbs hanging on it. Easy to take off when you want the 3 point for implements, obviously. I've never had traction issues with the weights. You have to be careful so as not to have too much traction and tweak the loader.
Also, the last thing I would do is put anything in the tires (just my opinion, do as you see fit).
