We have the same thing, harvested acres are always short by 2-5 depending on the size of field. I figured its due to using wass signal, and the head isn't registering full pass all the time, not recording 100% coverage. I don't think theres much that can be done, try using RTK on a field if you have the ability and see how it turns out
