SOIL | I had a 2010 1770nt with your exact setup.
The PP monitor ran the down force air bags, but the Seed Star controller ran the drive shaft and row clutches. My planter had a 2600, 2630, and ultimately a 4640 controlling it, and had an implement receiver mast when I sold it.
A separate harness passed from the seed sensors through a PP smart connector and sent the same info to the PP screen as the Deere display. While the Deere display would not necessarily be required to view row unit singulation, it just felt incomplete to me without it. | |
