| New to posting, and don't know a lot about precision ag stuff.
I'm looking at a 2010 1770 planter that has seedstar [older version for 2630 etc], and Precision's active pneumatic down force. The tractor I would pull it with has a JD 4600 v2 display. Looking at options, Could I switch the planter to one Precision screen, if so, what would it take to do that? Or would it work to run a 2630 and still use the tractor's ISO bus connector? I would consider bypassing the "active" down force for now then to cut cost. What other options should I consider? | |
