NWC Ohio | Your transplant solution would kill the seed if you applied that much in transplant. You need distance away from the seed and roots so water, soil, and biology can break it down and slowly feed it to the growing plant. If your going to use all dry, or really want to use all that much material, spread it all dry and disc it all in.
If you want something safe and effective for your transplant water with low usage rate (I have no idea where you’re from) I could recommend something.
