We had 4 of the early model s690, 1 got a new shoe frame per deere, others were inspected and left alone, had near 3000 sep hours when we traded last year. They were honestly probably the most dependable combines we ran, great machines. 1 did get a head gasket replaced by deere as well I guess, others got the updated bolt kit
