I have a dry spreader with a JD Dry rate controller. It is controlling a Raven Fast Close valve for the conveyor and a PWM valve for the spinners. My problem is when I start a pass and turn on the controller with the foot pedal it takes forever for it to get up to the correct rate. I'm wondering if it would help to use a different foot switch as a height switch and leave the Master turned on all the time. Has anyone else seen this problem? Thanks.
