The saddle-shaped option is for a universe with a negative curvature to space. Positive curvature would look like a sphere. That's the one where, if you traveled in a straight line long enough, you would end up where you started.

Note that all of this deals with the curvature of space itself, not the things in it. A universe with flat space is not a flat Earth kind of place.
