Hooker Twp,Ne | How you keep from fires? Hope you all have good liability ins. One spark and with wind and dry stocks and 5 million isn’t enough.. Son called 911 this afternoon cause neighbors hay bales reignited from fire couple weeks ago by us and was getting in evergreen windbreak. Took 4 fire department,backhoe and trackloader to get it under control. Thing was the liability ins adjuster was riding with son looking at our damage and they both caught the fire. Son’s trackloader was still there so he started in before fire department got there. Neighbors weren’t home. Another half hour and machine shed and house could have easy been gone. | |
