So I know very little about cattle, just that I like to eat beef. Usually get a 1/2 beef from a local guy every year, and always been happy with it. Guy isn't raising cattle anymore so looking for a new place to get freezer beef. Found a local guy that has Angus bread to a Waygu bull. Says the meat is excellent, I have never had anything Waygu. Looks like it'll be almost double the price I have been paying for a 1/2 beef, similar sized calf. My question is it really worth the price?
