| Paint isn't perfect, but sheet metal doesn't make net profit. Starter button doesn't always work, but bypassing the solenoid works just as well, no reason to fix that as it doesn't impact performance, and it's good as an anti-theft device. Seat has deep cracks, but is still comfortable. Doesn't have AC, but I'd rather survive economically than be comfortable physically. Beyond all of those things, it's a good runner. I can get in and out of that machine faster than almost any modern machine, can slowly engage the PTO to be easier on older equipment, and the only modern tractors that can rival the low speed control are IVT's. Alot of new tractors are SO jerky on the clutch, I hate it. I have no sympathy for anyone who buys a new/used tractor bigger/fancier than they need, and then can't pay it off when grain prices crash. Bought this for 10k about 16 years ago, it's worth about 10k now. I love my 4020. | |
