For myself, at my stage of life and financial situation, if I felt it could cause one restless night of worry, I’d pass. And at that price, I honestly don’t know how it could help you. We’re talking $1,500-2,000acre every year principle only for 20 years, and that’s after you gave up five percent opportunity cost on your cash to plunk a third down.
