Pine ridge area is pry shy away from, lots of poverty around there. I’d pry stay west river but stick close to it. Some of those river bluff hill pastures are awesome. I wouldn’t recommend Nebraska as real estate taxes eat a guy alive. My pasture cost $100/pair in taxes alone. Some of the best grass in the world in the Sandhills tho!
