| The thing to keep in mind about custom spraying is your trying to complete against national companies that are spraying at break even or even money loosing prices as a way to sell chemicals with a 50% markup.
If you can rent a tractor from your dad to use don't be scared of a pull type as your first sprayer, we went through two and the last year we had one I drug it over 7,000 acres. Honestly you could spend $15k on a tractor and $5k on a pull type sprayer and let them pay for the better $40k self propelled down the road a few years. | |
