If you have the time, there are many advantages to having your own sprayer and it won't take long to realize a good ROI. I had a pull type sprayer and upgraded to a self-propelled Apache and it works really well. A pull type will be a cheaper up front investment, but a SP has a lot of efficiencies and advantages a pull type doesn't.
